Marc was born in Bayside, Queens, and grew up in Roslyn, NY. He launched Lets Do Dinner the first of its kind meal delivery service in 1989 and Premier Party Servers an event planning and staffing company soon thereafter. He moved to New York City in 2001, to pursue a career in marketing and finance. After working on Wall Street for a bit he started collecting art for himself through the many charity art auctions that his company was often hired to co-ordinate both in NYC and throughout the United States.
In 2014, after years of collecting and assisting friends and clients with art advisory services at their urging, he launched an online Instagram account to not only showcase his collection but to support artists as well..
In 2020 during the Covid-19 pandemic, Levine started a daily email blast to over 10,000 collectors featuring three different artists a day as a way to help give both new and established artists a launching pad to share their art with a new audience.
In addition to discovering and supporting new artists, Levine is dedicated to giving back to the art community. He is actively involved in a number of art-related charitable projects and supports many philanthropic causes. A former member of the Whitney Contemporaries, he has been on the board of The CUE art foundation, Bailey House (where he also served as the co-chair of their annual art auction, BCEFA, and numerous other non-profits.
